Chancellor Internal Medicine Office Building

This 8,250-square-foot medical office building was originally built in 2005 with an additional 2,400 square feet added in 2008. It used all-wood construction and included turnkey delivery of the building shell, site work, and four interior tenant fit-ups. The project is located in Spotsylvania County.

Rappahannock Women’s Health Center

This 6,031-square-foot medical office was built for Dr. Jae Kil’s private obstetrics practice in 2013. The construction uses structural steel and cold form metal framing with exterior finishes of masonry and EIFS combined with lots of windows for interior lighting. The interior features two joined but separate office tenant fit-ups, all delivered turnkey.

LifeCare Building

Completed in 2015 in Stafford County, this 16,128-square-foot two-story building was designed to work within the challenges of the site. The building is nestled into a large bank requiring structural concrete walls and extensive masonry retaining walls. Construction included class “A” office and meeting spaces on the upper floor with a full service vehicle shop below.

Quantico Corporate Campus Bldg “D”

One of two almost identical buildings built in Quantico Corporate Center in Stafford County and easily visible from I-95 North. The 140,000-square-foot office building was built in 2011 using tilt-up construction methods. The four-story concrete wall panels were poured on the building slab and raised into place. In addition to the shell building, DLR did the majority of the tenant work on the 3rd and 4th floors.

Quantico Corporate Campus Bldg “G”

The first of two almost identical buildings built in Quantico Corporate Center in Stafford County and easily visible from I-95 North. The 1140,000-square-foot office building was built in 2008 using tilt-up construction methods and a very aggressive schedule. Along with the shell building, DLR completed the majority of the tenant fit-ups.

The Cohen Office Building

Completed in 2018, this two-story, 15,000-square-foot design build multi-tenant featured turnkey delivery of about 9,000 square feet of office space with an additional 6,000 square feet of leasable space. The exterior and interior finishes work together to give both a modern and industrial feel. The project is located on the historic US Rt. 1 corridor in the City of Fredericksburg.
