This Class “A” 5,040-square-foot office space, located in Central Park in the City of Fredericksburg, was completed in 2017. It features upscale finishes throughout and includes a conference room, collaborative areas and private offices. Challenges included construction on the 4th floor of an occupied building.

This 5,000-square-foot medical office space was completed in 2017 in Spotsylvania County. The project features high-end finishes throughout the space and includes an operatory room. Working on an expedited schedule, the project was completed on the original timeline even though there were many client-requested changes during the construction process.

Completed in the City of Fredericksburg in 2018, this 29,000-square-foot office space required the complete interior demolition of the previous fitness/gym tenant. The work included removing and filling in the pool and adding a substantial number of exterior windows for offices, which included major structural revisions. The interior features high-end finishes and functional work spaces.
