Built in Spotsylvania County in 2008, this building sits on a site where a previous restaurant had to be demoed to accommodate the new construction for Jared. The project included brand-specific turnkey delivery of the 6,057-square-foot building, including site work.
This 12,000-square-foot building, completed in 2014 in Spotsylvania County, is one of many projects DLR has completed for Rappahannock Goodwill Industries. Other projects include turnkey delivery of stores in Dahlgren, Furnace Road Stafford, and Cosner’s Corner. DLR has also provided various other construction services.
Built in the Celebrate Virginia project in the City of Fredericksburg in 2005, this 116,587-square-foot expo and conference center includes high-end meeting spaces and a full-service kitchen. The expo hall and banquet areas have extensive movable wall partition systems, allowing for events of all types and sizes.
This self-serve car wash opened in 2017 in Spotsylvania County. The project included contracts with the developer and the car wash owner. The project was design build with coordination of the car wash equipment requirements.
This is one of two CVS Pharmacy projects completed by DLR. This 14,838-square-foot brand-specific building was completed turnkey in Spostylvania County in 2008. The second, almost identical project was built in 2011 in King George County.
