This 8,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building sits at the entrance to Quantico Corporate Campus in Stafford, Virginia. Built in 2012, it included turnkey, cold dark, and vanilla box tenant fit-ups. The building exterior features some higher-end finishes. The project included the site work as well.

This 16,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building was completed in 2018 in Stafford County, Virginia. It included coordination of several tenant fit-ups and deliveries, including a Virginia ABC Store and The Wireless Center.

Located in the City of Fredericksburg and built in 2014, this 8,400-square-foot retail building project included construction coordination of the building shell, site work, and the landlord’s interior work requirements for all of the tenants. DLR also coordinated the turnover of the tenant spaces.
