Built in 2005, this is part of a strip that includes over 65,000 square feet of multi-tenant retail buildings. The construction is typical masonry and steel bearing and included coordination of landlord’s work for all of the tenants in the building and brand-specific façades for Cheeseburger in Paradise, DSW, and Bonefish Grill.

Built in 2003 and 2004, this is part of a strip that includes over 60,000 square feet of multi-tenant retail buildings. The construction is typical masonry and steel bearing and included coordination of landlord’s work for all of the tenants in the building. Deliveries included cold dark, vanilla box, and turn-key depending on lease requirements.
