Completed in 2015 in Stafford County, this project coordinated work for the landlord and tenant, with contracts for both parties. The 3,198-square-foot restaurant is part of a 9,660-square-foot retail building project all delivered turnkey, including the site work. The project features brand-specific interior and exterior finishes and components along with a drive-through.
