This was one of seven big boxes constructed as part of a 170,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building in 2006. It was built on an accelerated schedule with substantial penalties and included coordination of shell and tenant architects for the turnkey delivery of this brand-specific space. It is one of two PetSmart projects built by DLR. The other is at Carter’s Crossing in Stafford County.
