Robert “Rob” L. Dodd Jr. co-founded the company with his father in 1999. The company’s Virginia Construction License is secured by his Class “A” Contractor Certification and a Certificate of Achievement in Building Technical. Life experiences include restaurant management, retail sales, industrial supply, and commercial carpentry, all of which shaped his business practice and leadership style. He is a graduate of Leadership Fredericksburg class of 2013 and has subsequently served as a mentor for that program. As the owner and manager of a certified small business, his goal is to give his personal attention and devotion to every project.
