Robin Hughart, daughter of Bob Dodd and the company’s Chief Financial Officer, joined the DLR team in 2004. She has an associate’s degree in business from Germanna Community College. Robin is a graduate of Leadership Fredericksburg class of 2017 and is active in many community organizations, such as Blue Star Mothers and FRCC Workforce Now. At DLR, her many functions include accounts receivable/payable, insurance, office management, and human resources.
