Rodney Miller, a graduate of Stafford High School and The Computer Learning Center, has been with DLR since the beginning and currently serves as Chief Estimator. He was in the Air Force from 1986 to 1990, working with bomber groups stationed in North Dakota before starting out as a tradesman working with tools. Rodney’s duties include overseeing the majority of our plan and spec pricing, working on budgets and estimating, and managing all our IT issues.
